CHALLENGE: While Sentry is a leader in the business insurance industry due to their invaluable experience and partnership with clients, they had no brand distinction and were drowning in the sea of sameness.

SOLUTION: Their issue wasn’t awareness, it was salience. Brokers and prospective clients had a confused view of Sentry and what it stood for. By honing in on what Sentry should be known for, we’d increase the number of times Sentry is thought of. Therefore, making sure they get more ‘at bats’ within the audience.
